Cancellations & Returns: 7 days money back guarantee

If you have a problem with your order and want to cancel it or if you wish to return an item that was not to your satisfaction please let us know within 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must inform us in writing (Goodness Direct, South March, Daventry NN11 4PH) or e-mail (to returns@GoodnessDirect.co.uk) and return the goods to us in the condition in which you received them (please note that we cannot cover postage costs). You are not able to return chilled or frozen goods or sealed goods which become unhygienic or unsafe after unsealing.

If you return items in accordance with the above we will reimburse to you the payment received for that item, no later than 30 days after we receive the goods back from you. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse delivery costs.

If your order is damaged on arrival please sign for it as damaged. If there is interior damage please take a digital photograph and email it to claims@GoodnessDirect.co.uk along with the consignment number of your parcel so that we, in turn, can validate the claim for the damage from our courier.
