I wasn't expecting much from these as they looked a bit cardboardy when i took them out of the packet. However I pan fried them and had on a barm with spread, cheese and ketchup and they were delicious! Some of my family members tried them too and said they wouldn't have realised they weren't meat.

Better than most - Sat 14th Dec 2013

This is one of the better and convincing tasting vegan 'burgers' on the market - they taste nice both fried and grilled. I personally prefer tofu or bean burgers but these are passable and filling in bread and with a corn on the cob.

I love these, they are the best vegan hamburgers ever. Even my non vegan husband loves them. Great taste and texture. So much better than any other hamburger i've tried. Slightly expensive, but worth it.

I love these burgers and so does my non vegan husband - which is always great as it saves me cooking two different meals.

Gourmet is stretching it but they are very tasty - grill them and they hold together no problem.

Gourmet meatfree quarterpounders - Sun 29th May 2011

Good size but dry and tastless and fall apart in the pan!

Vegideli gourmet burgers - Thu 13th Jan 2011

These are great. Bit pricey but worth it. Tasty and filling.

Tips

Meatballs - Sat 4th Jan 2014

Note this can be done with any burger be it plain or otherwise, and the extra additions you use can be anything. Place a few raw burgers in a blender along with some onions, herbs, a small amount of water or oil to blend, and make into a mince. Empty the mince onto a tray and squash into small balls. Cook in the oven for about the same time as the normal burgers, or add extra time if needed, until they're nice and crispy. That's it.
