Orgran Vegan Easy Egg™ is a revolutionary product that lets you enjoy your favourite egg dishes once more. Experience scrambled eggs, quiche, frittata and omelette recipes with Orgran's vegetable based egg-free alternative.

Vegan Easy Egg™ is cholesterol free and low in fat. For a good source of fibre and 7.5g of proteins per serve.

Cooking Instructions


  • 50g Easy Egg™
  • 240ml Water
  • 2.5tsp oil


  1. Whisk Easy Egg™, water and oil in a medium bowl until blended.
  2. Spray large non-stick skillet with oil. Heat over medium heat until hot. Pour in egg mixture.
  3. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curd. Continue cooking - lifting and folding eggs until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not sitr constantly.
  4. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.



Chickpea Flour, Maize Flour, Vegetable Gums (Stabilisers): Methylcellulose, Carrageenan; Vegetable Protein, Dextrose from Maize, Salt, Turmeric, Raising Agent: Calcium Carbonate, Garlic Powder.

Vegan Easy Egg Quiche

  • Prep Time: 10m
  • Cook Time: 20m
  • Serves: 10


  • Shortcrust Pastry Sheets
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • cup Onion, diced
  • cup Zucchini, julienne
  • cup Mushroom, chopped
  • cup Tomato, sliced
  • cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan Easy Egg™, prepared as per packet instructions


  • Line shortcrust pastry sheets and bake as per instruction in packaging.
  • Heat up oil in frying pan and fry onion until it turns golden in colour.
  • Fry zucchini, tomato and mushroom until cooked. Leave aside to cool down.
  • In a bowl mix, ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™, ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour and water.
  • Mix in onion, zucchini and mushroom.
  • Pour mixture into pastry and top with sliced tomato.
  • Bake at 175°C/350°F for 18-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Easy Egg - Sat 3rd Mar 2018

I tried this for the first time and was actually quite impressed with how the omelette turned out. It has a slight texture of egg and is quite light. Taste is good too, though I found it a bit salty. Not tried the scramble as yet. I have used VeganEgg before now too and this is pretty much the same as that. I would recommend.
