The best price I've found. I mill small amounts to store in the fridge for a week at a time, easily added to breakfast or to use in recipes as an egg substitute.

- Wed 14th Oct 2015

Good quality. I have used these whole in homemade granola but have also ground and added to smoothies and raw recipes. Store in the fridge once opened.

Great value - Sat 30th May 2015

I add these to my cereal, pancakes, salad - on everything! Buying this size is great value too.

- Fri 3rd Jan 2014

This is a great value staple. I use 10g daily soaked with my breakfast cereal overnight in water to support digestion. I am very pleased with the quality of these seeds.

Good to add to porridge - Sat 14th Jan 2012

Very cheap. Put these in a blender to grind them then add to porridge and smoothies. I do enough for a few weeks at a time and they keep fine in the fridge
