Reviews

Health promoting - Sat 28th Mar 2015

I soak these for 24 hours then add to morning oats; this appears to support my digestion. Great value item.

- Fri 21st May 2010

Very good mixed into salads - where they give crunch and a nutty flavour. Contains oils that are excellent for health and a good source of those Omega oils. I also put them into home-made bread, both in the mix and they make a nice topping too.

Tips

Linseed - Fri 6th Jul 2012

I use this product in a smoothie along with alot of other natural powders and plants. It's taste is quiet nutty which is pleasent and very easy to eat. Seeing as its benefits are so great for example it improves your hair, nails, skin, regulates body weight and the list goes on. I highly recommend this product and to use it daily as I do.
