Our Burgers:
This award-winning organic range offers a tasty option to suit most people. As well as organic burgers for all the types of meat which we sell, all our organic burgers are also Gluten-free.

The British palate is used to some "filler" in addition to the meat in their burgers. Our normal filler is organic rice flour, which ensures their gluten-free nature.

We also offer a few all-meat organic burgers.

Our Bacon:
Our home-cured, oak-smoked or unsmoked bacon is traditionally dry-cured, using only sea salt, unrefined organic sugar, saltpetre and organic juniper berries. Our hams and gammon (boneless ham) are cured with sea salt, unrefined organic sugar and saltpetre.
