Soapods are a revolutionary way to wash your laundry! Eco- friendly Soapods Laundry soap nuts are the pods (or nut shells) from the soapnut tree. Soapod trees are sustainable as they live up to 90 years. Just pop the Soapods into the bag provided and put that in the washing machine with your clothes, use for the maximum amount of times stated and then compost them. There is no need for conditioner as they are natural which means you save even more money! Soapods can also be used to make a liquid soap for hand washing or as an all purpose cleaner. Place 10 to 12 half soap pods into 1 litre of boiling water and simmer for about 10 minutes. This liquid soap can be stored and used as needed. Soapod trees grow in North India and Nepal and used by the locals for a wealth of cleaning and medicinal purposes.
