Whole milk contains some vitamin A and levels in semi-skimmed and skimmed are much lower. Vitamin A is needed for good vision, immunity and body tissue growth. Milk also contains vitamin D which helps absorb calcium and phosphorus which is essential for healthy bones and teeth, and essential B vitamins.
Some products are not labelled as suitable for certain diets even though they are and so will not show up on your selection. eg Apples are not labelled as gluten free or vegan even though they are. Please take this into account when shopping.
