Terms of Sale

Orders will be despatched within 3 working days by next day courier or Royal Mail, whichever is more suitable. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won't be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem, as soon as you become concerned and within 5 days of delivery for damage or faulty goods.

Out of stocks

If an item is not in stock when we process your order we will process the remaining items so that we get your order to you as soon as possible. If you want us to hold your order if specific items are not in stock please tell us when you place the order.

Delivery costs

Free delivery only applies if the value of available goods exceeds £35 for online orders and £45 for mail order/e-mail and phone orders (UK mainland only). Each temperature controlled box or box for fresh produce is charged at £3 for packing. All fresh produce orders must be over £15. To order chilled products, you must have a minimum of 6 items, and similarly with frozen foods, 6 items.

Product Information & Allergy Advice

Product information, dietary flags, photographs, and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. Though we believe them to be correct they cannot be guaranteed. From time to time recipes, packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and change and we may not always be as up to date as we would like to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.

Prices

Sizes and prices charged could vary. We charge the up-to-date prices as on the day of despatch.

Guarantee and Cancellations

GoodnessDirect want to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy or wish to cancel your order just let us know within 7 days of purchase by calling 0871 871 6611 or email cancel@GoodnessDirect.co.uk. We will collect the goods free of charge if something is wrong but you will need to pay for the carriage if you just change your mind and you must not open the packaging. Frozen, chilled and fresh goods cannot be returned.

Privacy Policy

Under the principles of the Data Protection Act we need to inform you that we hold a record of all the details we need for setting you up and servicing you as a customer. This includes special delivery instructions and dietary requirements if applicable. This information may also be used as a basis for sending you information we think will interest you. Should you wish not to be included in this please tick the opt-out box at the point of ordering, but obviously we need the information on file to service you as a customer. If our records of your name, address, telephone number or any other special information are in any way inaccurate please let us know as we want to maintain up to date records.

English Jurisdiction

Our service to you is governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws and courts of England. When shopping with us your statutory rights are protected.

International Use

GoodnessDirect is not able to guarantee that any product or content on the GoodnessDirect site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK and accessing the GoodnessDirect site from territories where its content is illegal or unlawful is prohibited.
