This meat is reared from a lamb reared on an organically reared farm, fed an organic diet without GMO's and subject to high animal welfare standards. The animal is slaughtered at a local abattoir and the meat hung to improve the flavour & texture.

Apricot & Walnut Stuffing - Sat 8th Oct 2011
Soak 75 g dried apricots then chop. Mix with 40 g chopped walnuts, 100 g white breadcrumbs, 50 g sultanas and a pinch of salt. Saute 1 medium chopped onion in 25 g butter/margarine and add to the stuffing mixture along with 2 tbsp milk. Mix well. Good with lamb.
