Product Details

This Graig Farm bacon won the 2008 Great Taste Awards Gold Medal. The Judges commented that 'this was the only bacon not to leak juice, just buttery, perfumed fat. This was a textbook rasher: deliciously chewy, with a good pork flavour. The higher meat-to-fat ratio made this perfect for a bacon sarnie'.

Breakfast bacon - Sun 20th Apr 2008
Very pleasant bacon, with very little fat once you have cut off the rind. A mild smoky flavour, with not a lot of salt in it, which suits me fine as I don't like a lot of salt. It went nice with tomatoes, mushrooms and toast.
