Product Details

This mineral formula is a combination of minerals known to be vital components in bone health and growth - presented in a base of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and malic acid (from cider vinegar) to aid absorption and utilisation. Calcium is the most essential mineral for bone building and is thought to be important for other vital functions in the body including energy production and nerve transmission, as well as contributing to reduction of pre-menstrual syndrome. It is known that magnesium is vital for activation of enzymes and protein formation thought to be predominantly utilised in active tissues such as muscles, heart, brain, liver and kidneys. Magnesium is thought to be useful in relief of fatigue and migraines. Boron is believed to be vital for healthy bones and brain function.

Usage

Directions: As a food supplement, stir one rounded teaspoon into a small amount of water or juice and drink immediately. Best taken after evening meal, or as directed by your health care professional.

Ingredients

One rounded teaspoonful (5 grams approx.) provides:
Calcium (carbonate, citrate) 800mg, Magnesium (oxide, citrate) 350mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg, Boron (sodium borate) 2mg, In a base of Malic acid 233mg.
