Silymarin - the main constituent of Milk Thistle has been extensively studied and found to be one of the most potent known liver protecting substances. It is also a powerful antioxidant and believed to be effective in treatment of inflammatory disorders and psoriasis.

Recommended Dosage

As a herbal food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

One vegetarian capsule provides: Standardised Milk Thistle see extract (80% silymarin) 175mg, Milk Thistle herb powder 172mg, Vegetarian cellulose capsule 100mg. In a base of alfalfa, spirilina and bilberry.
