Product Details

Glucosamine complex with herbs and vitamin C. Glucosamine may help maintain healthy joints, bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily at mealtimes, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

One vegetarian capsule provides: Glucosamine (vegan)* 500mg, Vegetarian cellulose capsule 120mg, Boswellia 50mg, Ester-C 50mg, L-Proline 50mg, Turmeric 25mg, Quercetin 25mg, Bromelain (1200gdu/gm) 25mg, Ginger Root 25mg, Manganese (Ascorbate) 1mg. (providing approx 5mg of Vitamin C).
*Non-shellfish glucosamine from aspergillus niger.

Cautions

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Not for use during pregnancy or lactation, unless advised by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.

I'm really impressed with the combination of ingredients in this supplement, I'm giving it a try to help with tendonitis. I also really like that Viridian always use natural superfoods like alfalfa and bilberry as fillers rather than the chemicas most other companies use.
