Product Details

A balanced rich source of Omega 3:6:9 fatty acids including GLA. Contains a broad range of antioxidants including tocopherols, tocotrienols, alpha-carotene, beta carotene, and lutein. Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement, take two or three teaspoons daily at mealtimes, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Serving Suggestion

This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc... or just taken from the spoon.

Ingredients

Approx 40 teaspoons per 200ml bottle. Each 5ml teaspoon typically provides: organic golden flaxseed oil 2.09g, organic hemp oil 1.57g, organic avocado oil 0.26g, organic evening primrose oil 0.22g, organic pumpkin seed oil 0.22g
Providing: Alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3) 1.52g, Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 1.52g, Gamma linolenic acid (omega 6) 0.07g, Oleic acid (0mega 9) 0.76g.

Cautions

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 weeks. Not for use during pregnancy or lactation, unless advised by a healthcare practitioner.

This is a really good combination of oils, providing a balanced profile of essential fatty acids. I always try to include a source of these in my diet and thought I'd try this. While it's a high quality product, personally I still prefer Udo's oil and wish Goodness Direct stocked it!
