As a food supplement, take three teaspoons daily with food, or as adirected by your healthcare professional.

Serving Suggestion

This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothis, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled over vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc... or just taken off the spoon.

Usage

Viridian's Pregnancy Omega Oil has been specifically formulated for use during pregnancy and lactation.
Essential fatty acids are required for the health and maintenance of cellular integrity and membrane fluidity.
DHA is an Omega-3 fatty acid. The foetus has high DHA requirements for brain and retinal development. DHA is also helpful for the mother during and after pregnancy.
Cranberry seed oil is a source of antioxidants, is particularly rich in tocotrienols and has a role to play in the maintenance of a healthy urinary tract.
Avocado oil is a source of vitamin E.
The vegan form of DHA used in this blend is derived fromthe oceanic algae Schizochytrium, a marine micro-algae rich in docosahexaenoic acid. A rich source of Omega 3, 6 and 9 essential fatty acids on a 2:1:1 ratio.

Aprox 40 teaspoons per 200ml bottle. Each teaspoon (5ml typically provides:Golden Flax Seed Oil* 68%, Hemp seed oil* 15%, Rice bran natural oil 9%, Avacado oil* 5%, Cranberry seed oil 1%, DHA (Docosahexanoic acid) 2%

Alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3) 2322mg, Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 942mg, DHA per 15ml serving 129mg.
