Recommended Dosage

Ingredients
One vegetarian capsule provides: Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) 25ug. In a base of alfalfa. Vegetarian cellulose capsule 100mg.
Cautions
People with hyperparathyroidism should not take vitamin D without consulting a physician. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Excellent daily vitamin - Sat 3rd Nov 2012
Many people are now taking vitamin D regularly due to the lack of sunlight and staying indoors more. I've taken Viridian Vitamin D2 for a while and was very happy to find a vegan version since the higher and more common D3 is not vegan friendly. I feel that it compliments other vitamins I take and has helped me feel less physical lethargy. Incorporated into healthy routines it can help with various kinds of healing, I've used it to help with my eyesight and muscle care routines/improvements.
