Ester-C is a super-absorbable form of vitamin C. Unlike ordinary vitamin C, Ester—C, as calcium ascorbate threonate contains the essential mineral calcium and naturally occurring Vitamin C metabolites, such as threonate. This aids the absorption, making Ester-C easier for the body to use than normal (ascorbic acid) vitamin C.
