Recommended Dosage

Initially take two tablets twice a day with meals. For maintenance, intake may be reduced to two tablets per day.

Ingredients

Beta-sitosterol, microcrystalline cellulose, beta-sitostanol, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vanillin (flavouring).

Nutritional Information

Each tablet contains Beta-sitosterol 225mg, Beta-sitostanol 79mg.

Plant sterols naturally exist if plants but are destroyed when food is processed. Lestrin contains two of these important, naturally occurring plant sterols; beta-sitosterol and beta-sitostanol.
