These are great, un-bleached baking cups for muffins. Isn't it strange why manufacturers bleach everything white?! These are chlorine free and therefore more earth-friendly - I like them better than white.

I've really struggled to find muffin cases that don't cling to the muffin after baking but these are great, they peel away with ease. I hate using anything else now!

I would not be able to bake muffins without these baking cups. I am a bit wary of non-stick pans so these cups are perfect for me. I also use them to make small crustless quiches. Here is a quick recipe using these cups and they just peel off without any problem.
Whisk 5 eggs and ¾ cup milk, salt and pepper to taste, and pour into muffin cups which have been inserted into muffin tin. Add some fried onions or fried mushrooms (or anything of your choice) into each cup into the egg mixture. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
