Recommended Dosage

Recommended daily dose:
Adults and children over 12: 2 teaspoons (10ml).
For intensice use:
Adults and children over 12: 2 teaspoons (10ml) four times daily . Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Glucose syrup, elderberry extract, purified water, vitamin C , zinc gluconate, propolis, raspberry extract, citric acid, natural flavouring.

Each 5ml typically provides:
Vitamin C 50mg, Zinc (as gluconate) 5mg, Propolis 36mg,Extract of berry of Black Elderberry 1.8g.

Cautions

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Warning: long term daily intake of 40mg Zinc may lead to anaemia. Discontinue use if allergic reaction occurs.
Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of your doctor.
Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
