Recommended Dosage

Adults: Take 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) twice daily. Mix with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. Follow this with a further cup of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks, it should be possible to halve this intake.
Children: Take 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) twice daily. Mix with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. Follow this with a further cup of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks, it should be possible to halve this intake. Lepicol can be taken any time of the day, but most people will probably find it more convenient to take before meals. As Lepicol isn't absorbed by the body and doesn't stimulate in any way, it is suitable for prolonged use. Intakes can be adjusted according to requirements.
