Usage

Adults and children: dilute 10ml (1 dessert-spoonful) to 250ml (half a pint) of water and bathe the affected part, or apply as a compress.
Repeat as necessary once or twice a day. 20ml (1 tablespoonful) in a warm bath will help relieve aching muscles after exercise.

Ingredients

Constituents: Ethanolic extract of arnica, planta tota (1=2) 40% v/v. Nominal ethanol content 36% v/v.

Other Information

Immediate application of the diluted lotion as a compress will help prevent development of bruising.

I recently suffered severe bruising to the face, I used Arnica lotion on it once a day applied directly on the bruising & it had all gone within a week. the doctor had said that the bruising and swelling would take at least three weeks to go down!! This is a fantastic natural remedy & I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from any swelling or bruising.
