Recommended Dosage
For cutaneous useAdults and children apply sparingly 3-4 times daily. Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower while the skin is still damp.
Ingredients
Constituents: 100g contains: Oil extracts from: dried flowers are arnica montana L 3.23% w/w; dried leaves of betula pendula roth 3.23% w/w/ lavender- lavandin oil 1:1 1.90% w/w / rosemary oil 3.90% w/w, in a base of sunflower seed oil: ethanol 96% v/v.Cautions
