Recommended Dosage

Organically grown garlic is transformed to Kyolic via a unique 20 month cold-aging process which triggers a complex series of biological reactions. For example, alliin, the inactive sulphur-containing compound found in intact garlic bulbs, is converted to compounds including s-allyl cysteine (SAC) - confirmed by scientists to be effective, safe and stable. As part of a healthy diet and lifestyle, garlic could help support the immune system, and may assist in maintaining a healthy heart and circulation.
