Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement take one capsule two to four times daily with food. Swallow with water, or with milk if it can be tolerated.

Ingredients

Potato starch, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), human strain lactobacilli culture (providing 2,000,000,000 viable lactobacilli), magnesium stearate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Nutritional Information

One capsule provides:
Lactobacillus Culture 36mg, typically providing 2 billion (two thousand million): L Acidophilus, L Casei Casei, L Casei Rhamnosus.
Energy, Protein, Fat and Carbohydrate content negligible.
