As a food supplement take one tablet daily with the main meal. Swallow with water.

Ingredients

Multimineral amino acid blend providing: magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, chromium, molybdenum, selenium and vanadium; di-calcium phosphate, vitamin C, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, lecithin, vitamin E (as natural source prep), pantothenic acid (calcium salt), riboflavin, vitamin B6, niacin (as niacinamide), choline bitartrate prep, thiamin, DL-methionine, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, mixed carotenoids prep (Betatene®), magnesium stearate, citrus bioflavonoids, lysine HCl, beta carotene prep, betaine HCl, vitamin A (as prep, antioxidant: tocopherols), vitamin B12, biotin prep, vitamin D (as D3 prep), papain, rutin, cysteine, folacin (as folic acid), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
