Recommended Dosage

One capsule with liquid each day. If required, up to three capsules with liquid once a day.
Exceeding the suggested intake is not recommended.

Ingredients

Cod Liver Oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol syrup, natural source colours: black iron oxide, red iron oxide), hard vegetable fat, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (derived from shellfish), pure fish oil (Triomega®), beeswax, colloidal silicon dioxide, emulsifier (lecithin), Vitamin E (dl Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Vitamin A prep., Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol).

Other Information

Enriched with Triomega® Fish Oil, each capsule contains 200mg of the essential Omega-3 nutrients such as EPA and DHA. These nutrients help maintain general good health and help keep joints supple and flexible.
Glucosamine is an amino sugar that occurs naturally in the body and lays down the foundation for the everyday rebuilding of the connective tissues around the joints, including tendons, ligaments and cartilage.
