Recommended Dosage

For those over 12 years of age: one tablet to be swallowed (with liquid if required) first thing every morning or last thing at night, on an empty stomach. A regular course is recommended.

Ingredients

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), selenium yeast, calcium phosphate, yeast powder, microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate), potato starch, silicon dioxide, beta-carotene, magnesium stearate, acacia, vitamin A (retinyl acetate prep.), coating:-hypromellose, natural colours:- iron oxides.

Nutritional Information

Each tablet provides Vitamin A 450µg (56% RDA), Vitamin E (natural source) (45iu) 30mg (300% RDA), Vitamin C 90mg (150% RDA), Selenium 100µg.
RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance.
