Product Details

Magnesium-OK is designed to give nutritional support during the monthly cycle. Research has shown that a natural magnesium supplement such as Magnesium-OK could reduce premenstrual mood changes, significantly improve symptoms associated with fluid retention (including weight gain and bloating) and help treat premenstrual migraines.

Recommended Dosage

Directions for adults: One tablet a day to be swallowed (with liquid if required) after food. A regular intake is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Ingredients

Magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), zinc gluconate, potassium gluconate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), selenium yeast, vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), coating: [hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, colours: (titanium dioxide, iron oxides) purified talc], copper gluconate, thiamin (as thiamin hydrochloride, vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), folic acid, potassium iodide, chromium chloride.
