Confiance is a unique one-a-day nutritional supplement especially for women during the menopause and beyond. It contains a balanced combination of four important minerals, ten vitamins and citrus bioflavonoids. An adequate supply of magnesium, vitamin B6, zine and vitamin E in combination with the other nutrients contained in Confiance help your body adjust naturally to the complex hormone changes that take place during the menopause and beyond. Confiance one-a-day tablets can be taken every day on an ongoing basis.

Recommended Dosage

Directions for adults: One tablet a day to be swallowed (with liquid if required) each morning, after food
A regular intake is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of one a day.

Magnesium oxide, Microcrystalline cellulose, Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Zinc gluconate, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Citrus bioflavonoids, Coating: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose colours: (Iron oxides, Titanium dioxide) Purified talc, Selenium yeast, Pantothenic acid (Calcium panttothenate ), Niacin (as Nicontinamide), Thiamin (as Thiamin nitrate, Vitamin B1), Crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Magnesium stearate, Stearic acid, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Folic acid, Biotin, Chromium chloride.

Vitamin E (100 i.u) 67mg, Vitamin C 25mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 5mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg niacin 10mg, Vitamin B6 50mg, Folic acid 200µg, Vitamin B12 10µg, Biotin 150µg, Pantothenic acid 10mg, Magnesium 125mg, Zinc 5mg, Selenium 25µg, Chromium 25µg, Citrus bioflavonoids 15mg.
