Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), is a natural vitamin-like substance that is essential for the release of energy from all the cells in the body.
This substance occurs naturally in foods and although the body can make CoQ10 from food, our ability to make it may decline with age. Many people are choosing to add CoQ10 in supplement form to their daily dietary regime in order to help optimise energy levels. Those who would most benefit from additional CoQ10 include sports people, anyone leading an active life, convalescents and the elderly. Wassen coenzyme Q10 provides 10mg of CoQ10 per tablet with added vitamin E. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant in its own right and at the same time protects the Coenzyme Q10.

Recommended Dosage

Take 1-2 a day.

Usage

Directions for adults: One or two tablets per day to be swallowed (with liquid if required) after food.
A regular intake is recommended. Exceeding the daily dose is not recommended.

Dicalcium phosphate, vitamin E prep. (DL-Alpha tocopheryl acetate, Silicon dioxide), Potato starch, Microcrystalline cellulose, Coating: [hydroxypropyl methly cellulose Colours: (Titanium dioxide, Iron oxides) , Purified talc], Stearic acid, Silicon dioxide, Coenzyme Q10 ,Magnesium stearate.
