Product Details

Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil is a traditional remedy for the relief of joint pains and stiffness. It is also used in the treatment of combined vitamin A,D and E deficiencies. Cod liver oil is a natural source of vitamins A and D and the two essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. Vitamin A is essential for healthy skin hair teeth gums and vision. Amongst other things Vitamin D is required for the formation development and maintenance of bones. Cod liver oil may be of benefit to sufferers of inflammatory disorders such as arthritis.

Recommended Dosage

Adults: 1 capsule with liquid each day.

Ingredients

Pure Cod Liver Oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin), vitamin A (as palmitate prep), vitamin D (as D3 prep), vitamin E (d alpha tocopheryl acetate).

Nutritional Information

per capsule: Pure Cod Liver Oil 525mg, Omega 3 nutrients 120mg (of which EPA & DHA 83.2mg), Vitamin A 800µg, Vitamin D 2.5µg, Vitamin E 0.33mg. Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat content negligible.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements.
