Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil is a traditional remedy for the relief of joint pains and stiffness.
Also used in the treatment of combined vitamin A,D and E deficiencies. These vitamins are essential for:-

Pure cod liver oil is also one of the richest natural sources of vitamins A and D. No other vitamin supplement supplies this unique combination of health promoting properties for the whole family.

Recommended Dosage

Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily
Children 5-15 years old: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily
Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant: 5ml (1 teaspoon)

Can be taken on it's own or mixes easily with twice the quanity of milk or orange juice before mealtimes.

Ingredients

Each 10ml (2 teaspoons) provides: Pure cod liver oil 9.2g, EPA 828g, DHA 736g, Vitamin A 4000 I.U. Vitamin D 400 I.U., Vitamin E 10 I.U.

I take this for my teeth and I think it is working, the enamel is getting stronger. The firt few spoonfulls are hard work, it's not nice swallowing oil, but the taste doesn't bother me. Very good quality, as it is pure, and very good value.
