Recommended Dosage
Take 2 tsp (10ml) twice daily, before morning and evening meals.
Children from 1 to 5 years: 1 tsp (5ml) daily.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 tsp (10ml) daily.
Ingredients
Aqueous extract from: Hibiscus calyces, camomile flowers, fennel, spinach. Mixture of fruit concentrates of: Red grapes, pears, blackcurrants, cherries, blackberries, carrots. Iron II (ferrous) gluconate, rosehip extract (containing 4% vitamin C), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) riboflavin, thiamin HCl, folic acid, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep).

Energy 42kJ/10kcal, Protein trace, Fat nil, Carbohydrate 2.4g, Vitamin C 10.0mg (17% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 0.8mg (57% RDA), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 0.8mg (50% RDA), Vitamin B6 0.8mg (40% RDA), Vitamin B12 0.8µg (80% RDA), Iron 9.5mg (68% RDA).
RDA = EC Recommended Daily Allowance.

Really pleasant taste, means I actually look forward to taking it. It's been a great veggie-based supplement during my last few weeks of pregnancy to help keep my iron up.
