Recommended Dosage

Take 2 tsp (10ml) twice daily, before morning and evening meals.
Children from 1 to 5 years: 1 tsp (5ml) daily.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 tsp (10ml) daily.

Ingredients

Aqueous extract from: Hibiscus calyces, camomile flowers, fennel, spinach. Mixture of fruit concentrates of: grapes, pears, blackcurrant juice, cherries, blackberries, carrots. Iron II (ferrous) gluconate, rosehip extract (containing 4% vitamin C), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) riboflavin, ,vitamin B1 (as thiamin HCL), vitamin B12, maltodextrin.

10ml of Floravital typically provides:
Energy 42kJ/10kcal, Protein trace, Fat trace, Carbohydrate 2.4g, Vitamin C 10.0mg (17% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 0.8mg (57% RDA), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 0.8mg (50% RDA), Vitamin B6 0.8mg (40% RDA), Vitamin B12 0.8µg (80% RDA), Iron 9.5mg (68% RDA).
RDA = EC Recommended Daily Allowance.

Other Information

It takes two days to kick in and you will have energy available to you that you'd forgotten was possible. A MUST for anyone who comes to the mid afternoon and wonders how to drag themself through the rest of the day. Try it! It's a miracle - our local stores have sold out - it hits the shelves and goes the same day since I spread the word.
I think the makers owe me commision !

This is a brilliant product, if you know you're low on iron it's a way to boost your levels in a form that's much gentler on your system than traditional iron supplements. It doesn't taste all that great but this is far outweighed by the benefits! Also so good that this yeast-free version is available for anyone who suspects they have a problem with yeast.
