Recommended Dosage

Take 2 tsp (10ml) of Floradix Liquid Iron and Vitamin Formula twice daily, before morning and evening meals.
Children between 1 and 5 years: 1 tsp (5ml) daily.
Children between 6 and 12 years: 2 tsp (10ml) daily.

Floradix is a nutritious food supplement, which provides organic iron, extracts of carefully selected herbs, delicious fruits, vitamins, specially cultured yeast and ocean kelp.
In addition, it contains extracts of wheat germ and rose hips.

I took Floradix Liquid Iron after suffering a heavy hayfever attack, even after the first lot I began to feel better. This stuff was a real help.
Just one thing, be careful to stick to the recommended dosage and also take just before meals otherwise you might suffer minor headaches and feel "heady" if you do overdose.
