Floradix is a nutritious food supplement, which provides organic iron, extracts of carefully selected herbs, delicious fruits, vitamins, specially cultured yeast and ocean kelp. In addition, it contains extracts of wheat germ and rose hips.

Aqueous extract (54%) from carrots, nettles, spinach, quitch roots, fennel, ocean kelp, African mallow blossom, fruit concentrates (29.4%):pears, grapes, blackcurrants, water, oranges, blackberries, red beets, lemon, carob extract, apple. aqueous yeast extract absorbable iron and added thiamin HCl, riboflavin, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B12 and vitamin C (ascorbic acid), honey, maltodextrin, rose hip aqueous dry extract, wheat germ aqueous extract.

I've been taking Floradix for a while now to supplement my vegetarian diet. Unlike other iron supplements, this has a very pleasant, actually quite drinkable fruity flavour which is quite nice first thing in the morning! Although it's quite expensive, the bottle lasted about 5 weeks, and the formula gives you all the vitamins and minerals you could possibly need to be topped up with!
