Recommended Dosage

Take two tablets twice daily (morning and evening) with plenty of water (min. 150ml). To be taken with or before food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Food supplements should not be taken as an alternative to a balanced diet.

What is Momoridca? Momordica Charantia is a tropical herbaceous plant belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family. Originally grown in India and China the plant is now also found growing in areas of South America and the Philippines. In Asia, the plant has been used as both a vegetable and a traditional herbal remedy for many years.
About Momordica and Cinnamon Both Momordica and cinnamon are known to contain a wide spectrum of ingredients which help maintain a healthy blood sugar level. Momordica contains substances called Momordin and Charantin which are said to reduce the sugar level in the blood. Additionally, it contains a polypeptide which is similar to insulin with regards to its composition of amino acids. Insulin is necessary to transport the glucose from the blood to the cells of your body and is responsible for maintaining a healthy blood sugar level.
