Infuse 1 teabag in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Leave teabag in cup while drinking for extra strength. Add sugar or honey as desired. Drink 3 cups per day or as recommended by your practitioner.

- Sat 24th Mar 2007 I was diagnosed in Jan 2007 with having 3 Kidney stones. After several visits to my local A+E department (and with the intense pain) I managed to pass one naturally. The other two were still in the kidney and I was prescribed pain killers and told there was nothing I could do but wait. I researched the internet looking for a cure or at least some kind of other pain relief to prevent another painful experience.
