Pau d'Arco is a South American herb which is thought to have health benefits including that of a natural anti-biotic, and natural tonic. It is fine for both adults and children.

Recommended Dosage

Drink 3 cups per day or as recommended by your practitioner.

Serving Suggestion

Infuse 1 bag in a cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Leave bag in cup while drinking for extra strength. Add sugar or honey as desired.
