Recommended Dosage

Adults: One or two tablets to be taken three times a day.
Elderly: One tablet to be taken three or four times a day.
Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Each tablet contains, Dry Extract Boldo (5:1) 27mg, Butternut Bark 10mg, Dandelion Root 30mg, Dry Extract Fucus (5:1) 45mg. Also contains sucrose.

Cautions

To be used in conjuntion with a calorie controlled diet.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy and when breastfeeding.
Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist for further advice before taking this product.

These are so severe, you poo all the time!

They don't seem that severe to me, I haven't been pooing any more than normal. However I haven't been using them long enough to tell if they're any good or not.
