Product Details

Cod liver oil is a natural source of vitamins A and D and the two essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. Vitamin A is essential for healthy skin hair teeth gums and vision. Amongst other things Vitamin D is required for the formation development and maintenance of bones. Cod liver oil may be of benefit to sufferers of inflammatory disorders such as arthritis.

Energy 1585kj/375kcal, Protein 4.5g, Carbohydrate 67g, Fat 10g, Vitamin A 1800µg, Vitamin D 21.2µg.

Other Information

A traditional nutritious product with malt extract and all the natural goodness of fish oil with its vital vitamins and which is also a source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Easily digested and palatable.

Since I retired last year I have been taking the malt every day and I must admit I have felt a lot better.

This was given to both my sister and I daily in our youth as a supplement. Loved it then and love it now. So evocative of my childhood. Every child should be given this, so easy to take and it is so good for you.
