Product Details

The sunshine vitamin - dissolved in cold pressed olive oil. Vitamin D3 is known to be beneficial for the growth and maintenance of healthy bones. In addition it is believed to be beneficial to the mood during winter months and for people who have reduced exposure to sunlight.

Recommended Dosage

1-5 capsules to be taken per day, or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed recommended amount.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: Organic olive oil
Capsule shell: Organic gelatine
Humectant: Glycerol, purified water, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

Definately one of the best vitamin D supplements i've seen, has no nasty fillers etc, just pure olive oil and water. A good strength too. Highly recommend.
