Product Details

Ginko biloba is one of the world's oldest tree species. Its leaves are extracted to obtain active ingredients which have beneficial effects on blood vessel elasticity and blood clotting, as well as having powerful antioxidant activity. Bio-Biloba may help to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, particularly the blood circulation to the brain, and to the limb extremities. It is thought that Ginko biloba helps to maintain normal blood circulation by regulating the tone of blood vessels and inhibiting inappropriate blood clotting. In addition, the powerful antioxidant action associated with Ginkgo biloba is believed to be particularly effective in protecting the brain against the damaging effect of free radicals.

Recommended Dosage

1 tablet per day. Or as directed by a physician. Each tablet contains 100mg of standardized Ginkgo biloba extract, equivalent to 24mg flavone glycosides and 6mg terpene lactones.

Do not exceed the recommended amount. To be taken after food.

Ingredients

Bulking agent; microcrystalline cellulose, ginkgo biloba extract, glazing agent; talc, firming agent; talc, glazing agent; hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, colour; titanium dioxide, firming agent; silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent; magnesum stearate.

Nutritional Information

One tablet contains: Standardized, ginkgo biloba extract 100mg of which flavone-glycosides 24mg, terpene lactose 6mg, (energy, protein, carbohydrate and fat negligible).

Cautions

Individuals prescribed anti-coagulants should take Bio-Biloba with caution.

Pregnant and lactating women and those on medication should seek professional advice prior to taking supplements.

Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
