Adults 4 tablets. Children 2 tablets. Tablets to be dissolved on the tongue. Take 3 doses a day. Increase the dose to every half hour if needed.

Active constituents (in homoeopathic potencies): Equal proportions Calc Fluor (Calcium Fluoride) 6X, Calc Phos (Calcium Phosphate BPC) 6X, Kali Phos (Potassium Phosphate BPC 1949) 6X, Mag Phos (Magnesium Phosphate BPC 1949) 6X. Also contains lactose.

- Sat 26th May 2007 This works very quickly. You need to take it frequently through the day to begin with but then drop to four times a day. The most important thing is to keep taking it. By the time you've finished the container your feet and legs are un -noticeable and there is a danger you'll forget to carry on. Then the pain will return and you have to start again!!
