Recommended Dosage

Take 1-3 heaped teaspoons (3g-9g) shaken in fruit juice daily. Intake may be spread throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

I'm a spirulina connoisseur, I LOVE the stuff, and I've tried every leading brand. I have to say that my favourite is this brand of spirulina from Hawaii, you can taste the difference and it's incredibly moreish for fans of spirulina. I eat this more for the taste than the nutrient content!
