What is Ultimate Green? It is a highly effective blend of the green superfoods: spirulina, chlorella and barley grass. Recommended Dosage

Adults: Consume one rounded teaspoon daily with food.
Children 6-12 years: As directed by your health professional.
For those people training heavily or needing extra nutrition then higher amounts can be consumed as desired.
