Recommended Dosage

Take one to two capsules with a little cold liquid immediately before eating foods which contain milk and dairy.

Ingredients

Capsule shell (gelatine, sorbitol, glycerine, purified water natural colour - titanium dioxide), soybean oil, lactase enzyme, vegetable fat, emulsifier (unbleached lecithin), beeswax.
