Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement, take one tablet twice a daily with a little liquid.

Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate), crosslinked sodium carboxy methyi cellulose, stearic acid, anti caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Nutritional Information

Each tablet typically provides:
Pantothenic Acid 212mg (3533% of the Recommended Daily Allowance).

Other Information

Pantothenic Acid is part of the B complex of vitamins. It is part of the makeup of co-enzyme A and thus helps metabolise food into energy to meet the body's requirements.

I am so pleased with the result of taking these tablets for the relief of "rheumatoid arthritis" In my case it is more like a myalgia with inflammation of the muscles and most certainly caused by prolonged stress. My vitamin book suggested that I take 500mg daily for 2 days, 1000mg for 3 days, 1500mg for 4 days and then 2000mg per day for a period of 2 months or until relief is obtained, I would also like to point out that this product carries the Vegan logo.
